Work under the direction of the General/Market Manager, Location Manager or Supervisor. Acquire new customers and recommend appropriate products and services to best fit customers needs. Professionally handle all questions, issues, and concerns of product and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sell products and services in direct & event environments

- Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

- Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance

- Assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs

- Advise customers by providing information on products and services

- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence

- Accurately document and report sales

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Operations Team

- Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately

Performance Measurements:

- Regular and prompt attendance

- Meet established monthly/weekly sales goals

- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints


- High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred

- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services

- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

The Campaign Manager will sell, train, and evangelize the clients brand in direct & retail environments, and to establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients and sales associates. Responsible to train, educate and motivate branding staff to increase overall sales performance in the assigned territories. Exceed sales and metric targets and generate incremental revenue by acquiring new customers and recommending appropriate products and services to best fit customers needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Drive sales productivity through high quality, end-to-end direct sales

- Schedule and participate in direct sales events and demonstrations

- Create consumer awareness and product brand preference community/corporate events while distribution marketing material

- Build and maintain industry vertical affiliate distribution relationships

- Effectively assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etc.

- Educate customers and department heads while making product recommendations

- Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly basis

- Generate enterprise leads through initial contact and product demonstration

- Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices

- Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations

Performance Measurements:

- Visit multiple event locations on a daily and weekly basis

- Effectively demonstrate an on-going ability to establish, maintain and influence business relationships through increased positioning, product placement and consistent productivity

- Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each location visit


- Associates Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred

- 1+ years previous direct selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred

- 1+ years of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/telecommunications/Energy

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs

- Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation

- Strong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail

- Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment

- Ability to pass military background check

- Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage

The ENTRY LEVEL Sales Representatives at UCG Inc are a valued team members in the marketing and advertising department. The position is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, and consumer market research. Management trainees are taken though a 6month accelerated program to prepare them for UCG’s Campaign Manager role

If you possess a passion for marketing, customer service, sales or retail and would enjoy learning how to manage the varying dimensions of a business, this position could be an excellent fit for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns

- Assisting with efforts of customer acquisition and retention

- Expertly managing the needs of external customers

- Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Driving sales through community-based promotional campaigns

- Build brand recognition through local outreach and experiential marketing

- Strategize, execute and manage with the Brand Ambassador teams

- Interact and communicate with customers

- Problem solve and make professional judgment on whether customers qualify for services that the firm’s clients offer (candidate will be trained in this area)


- Must be able to work full time hours and some weekends for special events

- Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects

- Desire to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year for further training

- Great communication skills

- Must be able to work in an energetic, fast paced environment

- 2 or 4 year college degree in related field
